The giant oyster of Domaine de Tarbouriech.

At the gates of the Étang de Thau, an 18th century mansion and its barns come back to life under the impulse of an oyster management manager, Florent Tarbouriech. This incredible achievement, imagined one day by Florent has become reality with the best craftsmen of the region and a collective of creators and friends. On the terrace, at the foot of the mansion, prominently features the symbol of the Tarbouriech family’s DNA; a giant oyster. This oyster was made in Peach blossom, famous marble of Saint-Pons. Marbles of France.
